👩‍💻 About the position

You will work closely together with the founding team and contribute to early the direction of the product development. YOUth is the early stage startup and you will be expected to take initiative and full ownership of important projects for the company.

As an ambitious and capable data scientist, you will put relevant statistical and machine learning techniques into practice into production. You will research and develop customer-facing features like recommendation systems, biomarker estimation from all data modalities (video, audio, text).

Previous work in a biomedical sector would be beneficial but not mandatory. You care about impact and want to do work that matters.

Key Responsibilities

Applying statistical and ML techniques to develop essential parts of product features (recommendation systems, biomarker estimation from video/auto/text data)
Deploying and managing code in a production environment
Researching and developing a novel product in a healthcare domain, staying up-to-date in the field
Build and work on an holistic and unique digital twin dataset composed of voice recordings, face videos, eye pictures, face pictures, digital biomarkers, blood biomarkers and more
Build the next version of Doctor AI: a reasoning engine, built on top of our data layer, that drafts safe, evidence-based medical protocols.
Set the base to design and implement a conversational medical agent

Experience

4+ years industry experience (or 1+ years and a PhD).

Required Skills

MSc in Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field
Excellent coding skills in Python, git and coding best practices
