👩‍💻 About the position

You will work closely together with the founding team and contribute to the direction of the tech development. YOUth is the early stage startup and you will be expected to take initiative and full ownership of important projects for the company. As a Senior developer, you would have the opportunity to shape the vision for the products and make decisions on the technologies to use.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and integrations of Python backend.
• Bring and reinforce best practices for code quality, software testing.
• Deploy applications on cloud providers (GCP) with CI/CD
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 3 years of experience in Python software development

• Strong Experience with Backend development (Python, FastAPI)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile.
• Experience developing with strong focus on automated CI/CD.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g healthcare, banking)
• Experience with Firebase, GCP, Identity Platform
• Knowledge of mobile frameworks and technologies.
